To promote, develop, and support the values and practice of social work in health care through education, networking, and advocacy. Our goal is to unite, support, and encourage social workers to take a leadership role within their communities.

We will be recognized as the primary professional organization in Indiana for Social Workers in Health Care through mentoring and educational offerings. We will ensure that our membership remains current on changes and innovations in health care social work and, therefore, viewed as the experts and leaders in the field.
